What got you interested in weight training?

I became more active in weight training because I wanted to become a better athlete.

What sparked your interested in competing?

My friends and training partners are the one’s who really encouraged me to compete.

Who was the most influential person/group that made you want to weight train?

No one really.  Mainy myself in that I wanted to pursue another sport after my fighting career.

Where do you currently exercise?

I presently train out of a small gym in Porto Azzurro where I live.

How long have you been competing?

I have been competing since 2015.

How many competitions have you entered?

I have competed in 5 competitions

What was your best placing and where?

I won 3 European Championships

What is your most memorable moment competing so far?

Winning 2 WNBF Pro World Championships in 2017 and 2018.

What is your most surprising moment competing so far?

Winning the European Cup for a second time.

Train with your brain.

What advice about fitness, health, etc. would you like to share with our readers?

Train with 100% dedication and don’t take shortcuts.  They never workout in the long run!

What do you like most about the WNBF?

The WNBF is truly against doping and we are drug tested at each event.

Are you involved in any other parts of the sport? Training people? (Judging, Promoting, etc?)

Not at this time, but I do like to help people in the gym when I see them making mistakes or training improperly.

What are your 2019 competition goals? Long range goals?

To defend my 2 World Titles with the WNBF.

What does being a WNBF pro mean to you?

It means the world to be with an elite natural bodybuilding federation like the WNBF.
